Packaging needs improvment

I was very excited about my order but equally disappointed with the packaging. The box is very flimsy, and the capsules were tightly packed, damaging more than half of them. I have yet to try the coffee, but I am sure most of these damaged pods won't work in the machine. I am sharing this in the hope of improvement. I will try again to see if it was a one-off mishap.

the assortment contained more stronger coffees.. with hardly 2-3 medium ones (strength 7).
